Students registered for the professional program are eligible for the loans and bursaries offered by the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l'enseignement supérieur. Financial assistance is also available at Cégep du Vieux Montréal.
Several activities enable students to become familiar with the dance community elsewhere in Quebec and in North America through exchanges with other schools. Some other activities offered at the School include biennial trips to New York and Toronto, and participation in several public events or festivals, which give students the opportunity to perform. Master classes are offered regularly. The School also offers its students free tickets to contemporary dance shows.
The Association des écoles supérieures d’art du Québec mission is to promote, organize and maximize the exchange of information, activities, teaching skills as well as other expertise between its members which include ten institutions in the fields of dance, theatre, music, circus, digital and video arts.
