Marie-Ève Lafontaine studied at L'École de danse contemporaine de Montréal. In 2004, La Cité de l’Énergie de Shawinigan hired Marie-Ève to be a part of Kosmogonia as a dancer, acrobat and rehearsal director. Then, she has been choreograph for the productions Eclyps, Amos D'Aragon, La première aventure, and Dragao. She also danced for Cirque du Soleil, Cirque Eloize, Créations Estelle Clareton, Dynamo Theatre, Omaterra, Daniel Léveillé Danse, Danse Lhasa Danse on tour, Van Grimde Corps Secrets and Sinha Danse. In parrallel, Marie-Ève teaches contemporary workshops.
