Hélène Leclair is currently the Student and Graduate Services Director and Rehearsal and Production Coordinator at the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal.
Before joining this nationally and internationally renowned educational institution, she danced with prestigious choreographers such as Linda Rabin, Louise Bédard, Lucie Grégoire and Daniel Soulières. She also choreographed several shows in collaboration with Massimo Agostinelli before creating her own company. Fascinated by improvisation and dance creation, she has choreographed works for film while participating in various multidisciplinary events.
Hélène has been a teacher at the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal for 25 years and is currently devoted to developing young talented dancers and ensuring their school-to-work transition. She works tirelessly with an unwavering passion to help up-and-coming dancers develop their careers on the international stage.
