Trainer - Pilates sur table
Erin Flynn is a professional Contemporary dance artist, as well as a fully certified instructor of Pilates, Yoga with twenty years of experience teaching movement to people of all ages and backgrounds. As a choreographer, rehearsal director and teacher, Erin has many years of experience developing training programs, improvisation scores and movement sequences to help amateur to professional movers access and express their physicality. Erin is currently a part of the Contemporary Dance technique faculty of Concordia University and teaches Interpretation and Somatic education in the undergraduate program at UQAM, while completely her Masters degree there. Erin completed her comprehensive certification through Peak Pilates (recognised by the Pilates Method Alliance), received her Yoga certification through Montreal’s Naada Yoga 500hr teacher training program and graduated with distinction, from the University of Winnipeg with a BFA, honour’s in Contemporary dance. Through her teaching of Pilates, Erin strives to help her clients develop an awareness of their own alignment and movement patterns, developing strength and control with maximum ease, balance and efficiency.
